What types of trash can DoorBin collect?
Standard securely tied household trash bags. Hazardous materials, liquids, oversized items, loose trash, sharp objects, and prohibited items will not be collected.
How often will pickup happen?
Pickup frequency will be set for each participating community. Pilot schedules may vary while DoorBin measures resident demand and route capacity.
What time should bags be placed outside?
Residents will receive the approved pickup window and can receive a text reminder before scheduled service.
Can I cancel?
DoorBin plans to offer month-to-month service with no long-term resident contract. Final cancellation terms will be provided before paid enrollment.
Is DoorBin available at every apartment community?
Not yet. Service will launch in select communities and expand based on resident interest and property approval.
